Abandoned Houses
My parents, a friend of ours and I were discussing old houses this week and was wondering why is it that these old houses are still standing, some almost intact and some partially, but newer houses that become vacant deteriorate quickly. An interesting thought was that houses, like people need to breathe. These old houses do not have the insulation that current homes have and therefore they breathe better than the newer homes which are built tight. Interesting idea indeed.
